What coronavirus has taught us, nobody can in the world

It came like a storm and took off hundreds of thousands of lives in just a few months. The killer coronavirus has taught the humankind a zillion thing. The ‘new normal’ is worldwide adapted and people are now ‘cosy’ enough to accept the fact that the little devil will stay with them forever. Good!

But, if you read between the lines, coronavirus or covid19 also taught who’s who and what’s what! In other words, it showed who all really care for you and who were just posing that they are your well wishers.

Sons leaving parents, wives leaving husbands

The real relationships came to the surface when any one of the family members became coronavirus victim. Hundreds of cases made headlines of the local newspapers that sons and/or daughters left their parents as they detected with the virus; furthermore, husbands left wives and vice versa. The little devil showed who’s who for you!

Though self-curable, bills in lakhs!

Coronavirus also taught the world, especially Indians, that though the disease is self-curable and there is no treatment for it, the bill of your hospital will come in lakhs! The packages for coronavirus isolation, admission, and treatments were taking rounds on the Internet that raged from ‘just’ 8 lakhs to whopping 50 lakhs. Furthermore, even five stars hotel jumped on to the bandwagon minting money! The big blow was given by insurance companies that did not pass the claims saying that ‘hotels’ are not ‘hospitals’, so stop enjoying you morons!

Nonsensical rules rule the world

If you have four or five members in your family (which is normal), you can stay at your home; you all are safe. But then unfortunately, if you own a hatchback that is just a 5-seater car, then you are not allowed to go together. Why? Because the rule is in the 5-seater car, only three are allowed. So, if you all are locked in one room, no virus, if the same in one car, you can become zombies.

Liquor is the most ‘essential’ thing

Yes, the first thing to open was ‘liquor’ shops – the most essential thing according to governments. Nevertheless, gym and educational institutes and coaching classes are on the bottom of the list. So, if your forefathers said that ‘beta, education is of utmost importance,’ they were in the darkest dark.

In short, coronavirus came and started living with us or better ‘within’ us teaching us all the lessons that our parents, teachers, and even Google cannot teach!
