Apple cake is a healthy dessert made with the main ingredient of apples. This cake is made through the process of slicing this sweet fruit to add fragrance to a plain cake base.It is healthy version of cake without maida and made with wheat flour and fresh fruit apple.
Wheat Flour Apple Cake Ingredient:
fresh apple purie
2 apples
Gur-1/3
Wheat Flour -1 cup
Baking powder-1Tsp
Baking soda-1/2Tsp
Salt -pinch
Milk-3/4cup
Cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
Melted butter-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence
Wheat Flour Apple Cake:
- Make Apple puree by peeling grating it .
- Make apple sauce- Heat pan pour Apple puree saute for few minutes then add Gur and stir well until gur melts stir for few minutes more and take out in a bowl cool it.
- Add melted butter in apple sauce and mix well .
- Add milk in above mix.Place a siever on bowl sieve flour , baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt and mix well with cut and fold method . Add few drops of vanilla essence.
- Grease the cake tin ,pour the batter ,tap it so that air bubbles disappear.
- Now place finely cut apple thin slices in round overlapping each slice until whole batter covered.
- Preheat oven at 180for 10 mins then bake it for 25 mins After 25 mins check with toothpick that it comes clean Decorate with colored sauce or sprinkles or chocolate sauce as per your wish.
