If you are street food lover then I have a real treat for you as your favourite chart is not simple aloo or paneer Chaat but it’s awesome healthy and delicious one of a special chaat recipe that is Palak chaat recipe . The Spinach chaat recipe which I am going to share with you is palak Chaat is made with very lightly well batter spinach drizzled with spicy yogurt and tangy chutney. I am very sure that this will satisfy your food love for street food.

Ingredients for Palak chaat

  • Leaf of spinach 15 to 20
  • Gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 6 Carom seed 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil to fry
  • Boiled potato chopped medium
  • Onion chopped medium
  • Sweet date chutney 4 tbsp 12 black salt
  • Sev 1/2 half cup
  • Cumin powder 2 tablespoon

Crispy Palak Chaat Easy Recipe:

Now get ready to make spicy and crispy Palak chat;

1: Take a bowl add gram flour in a bowl and in gram flour add turmeric powder ,carom seed ,red chilli powder add some salt and then at last add little water to make a thin batter don’t add lot of water in one time to make thin batter but for fine batter just add little little water into a batter after that put the batter for a while for rest.

2: Now take some spinach leaves of medium size and clean it properly.

3: For yogurt preparation remove the excess water from yogurt with the help of Muslin cloth then put the yogurt in a bowl add some sugar and set it aside. You can simply blend your yogurt and sugar with the help of fork.

4: Now it’s time for deep fry for this heat your pan and add sufficient oil for free fry. Now take spinach leaf and deep into batter make sure that batter should be applied on both side of spinach leaf properly and then deep fry in hot oil will it get the golden brown and crispy.

5: Exactly like this fry your all spinach leaves for Palak chaat.

6: Now this time for serving Palak chat and for this take a plates and put 3 or 4 spinach pakora into plate add some chopped potatoes and onion covered are the fried spinach leaves now add some 2 or 3 tablespoon of yogurt and Sweet date chutney you can also add for better taste green chutney on it.

7: For making Palak Chaat more spicy and tasty add some red chilli powder cumin powder, sweet tomato chatni salt and black Salt on it and add some sev over it for more better taste. You can cover your Palak chat with more Pakoda pieces also to look more Greeny and crispy.
