I have been hearing since my childhood that if you want to invite a filmstar in your wedding or any celebration, they’ll cost you a pretty penny. Their just one-hour appearance may dig a big hole in your wallet as they charge lakhs of rupees.
Top of all, whatever hours they spend in your city will be on you! That said, their charge, plus their five-star hotel expenses, and their costly food dishes and even further their shopping would be all on you! All in all, for a normal middle-class person, it’s like both the kidneys selling to a needy Arab.
Imagine if just one filmstar costs you an arm and a leg, what about inviting them in dozens? That’s what happens in Filmfare awards – the venue, the set, the preparation, and the charges of performing on the stage comes in crores for just a few hours. For producers, this has been a damn costly affair.
Yes, this time, the producers are at very ease as their expenses have come down from crores to almost zero. All thanks to Rhea Chakraborty, her brother, Shovik, and Sushant’s other men. One by one, they have named all the big shots from Bollywood and all are summoned by NCB India.
It all started with Rhea and Sushant’s men first. Rhea’s remand and custody brought out more names including her own brother whose statement did not match with her. Intelligent officers from NCB grabbed them perfectly and successfully put their fingers into the brother-sister mouth and they vomited some big name.
Deepika Padukone, Rakulpreet, Shraddha Kapoor, and even the newcomer Sara Ali Khan have been named in front of NCB and everybody’s jaws dropped! While all were in shock, the producers of Filmfare and other awards were dancing in joy at their homes. The brilliant idea ran through their brains – why don’t we organize the next Filmfare awards in the NCB office? The government places like their buses are cheaper.
RMD and Vimal are now all set to keep the megaevent at NCB’s office as most of the star performers are visiting NCB offices frequently. Even further, those who are named have their star spouses or parents who apparently pay visit to NCB now or later! In short, whether you are named directly or indirectly, you’ll have to visit the venue!
It may not come as surprise that soon the actors and actresses will be followed by politicians. Hence, after Filmfare award, the next parliament session could be in NCB as well!
