This Bread less Sandwich is unique and healthy morning breakfast. Its easy to digest because its made of Semolina and loaded with lots of veggies. this is ideal and healthy bread less sandwich recipe filled with lots of green and interesting vegetables,which make more  tasty and filling. 

Bread less Sandwich Ingredients :

2 cup Semolina

1 cup Curd

2 onion (finely chopped)

2 capsicum (finely chopped)

1 carrot ( finely chopped)

2 tbsp sweet corn

Few coriander leaves

1 cheese slice quartered

1 tbsp baking soda

Salt as required

1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Butter for greasing

Bread less Sandwich Recipe:

  • Firstly take semolina in a bowl and add curd to it and mix well.
  • Now add some water and combine well.
  • Add all the veggies and salt to it.Mix well forming a thick batter. 
  • keep it aside for 10 minutes .
  • Now add some water till it becomes a smooth batter.Add baking soda to it.
  • Grease the sandwich maker with some butter. 
  • Now transfer some batter to the sandwich maker.
  • Place a cheese slice.
  • Cover with the batter in such a way that it is uniformly covered.
  • Close the sandwich maker and grill until it turns golden brown.
  • Healthy bread less sandwich is ready.
