First Innings (Original Plan) – Testing with entrepreneurship.
Way back in 2017, started with a team of 3 from a mid-size apartment in Brownfield area of Bengaluru, MyHoardings planned to be a classified website (Specifically for advertising agencies). With more than 3000+ advertising companies (small and big) on board, MyHoardings was turning to become a centralized place to search for relevant category based branding companies across all major cities of India.
After initial rise, we soon were clear that classified market (specifically information providing, that too for a particular category) is NOT going to be our future in times where other classified multiple-category web portals with deep pockets are already present in market. This forced us to think a lot and eventually we shifted our gears to become a problem solver, rather than information provide for the very larger advertisement and marketing industry.
With the core idea at top of the agenda to help people involved in planning and execution of advertising campaigns in companies, MyHoardings started developing the idea to put all possible modes of advertisement on single platform in 2018. The output came in current form of MyHoardings.com which is referred by advertisement and marketing professionals across industry for hassle free planning of ad campaigns.
Along with helping the advertisement industry, we at MyHoardings have also served clients like HP, Swiggy, Reliance, Lanson group, QuickRide, Berger paints, CRI pumps, Shree Cement, Sharda University, MyHoardings (Jugnoo Media) and have made deep inroads in ad industry and helping to organize widely scattered requirement from clients.
From Co-founder’s part, when we look back to find that the continuously putting effort without much of tangible results in sight, for a longer duration makes the journey look translucent and focus becomes blur. Despite all the odds, sticking on the plan and Perseverance hold the key.
A Computer Science Engineer, MBA turned serial entrepreneur, Surendra (CEO at MyHoardings.com), is the leading face of company when it comes to client interactions, planning strategy and overall growth of the company. Manages company operations from Delhi and Jaipur location.
The mastermind behind the product conceptualization and realization, Ashok (Co-Founder and CTO at MyHoardings), comes with vast experience with major IT companies in the past and manages the lead generation activities and process from New Jersey.
Professional with experience in software and outdoor advertisement industry, manages company’s outreach team and aim to get newer ideas to solve problems that Ad industry faces today.
Largely company remain bootstrapped with minimal funding from investors.
MyHoardings USP lies in the user-friendly interface and ability that we provide to our users to design complete marketing campaign plan even for people with limited knowledge of the industry. MyHoardings have also proudly introduced Non-Traditional modes of advertisement like Electricity bill ads, elevator ads and ATM screen ads for the clients.
Along with growth in the existing business, we at MyHoardings aim to provide smarter solutions for the advertisement industry. Ability to provide availability of various media (especially Hoardings) on real time basis remain a challenge which we are working on currently. We’re hopeful to launch the solution in another 6 months.
