IN SEARCH OF SMILE: Youngest Entrepreneur Aditya Narayan Mohanty

Some start-up founders create stories and some startup founders have stories. IN SEARCH OF SMILE team believes that “some people learn by reading the book and some learn by closing the book”. Aditya believes that it’s not mandatory to close the book to learn something but it’s mandatory to stop thinking that school books will teach you how to get success in life. 

Youngest entrepreneurs journey

Aditya Narayan Mohanty is the founder of the startup called “IN SEARCH OF SMILE ” and currently he is one of the youngest entrepreneurs from Odisha. He was in 8th class when he started blogging but the story doesn’t end here. Normally children receive support from teachers and friends when they do something good in their life but the opposite happened with him so when he started people tried to convince him that what he is doing is wrong.

People use to tell him that to get success in the digital world you need luck and you are an average student so it’s not for you. At this point, a normal child will stop doing and do what his elders are saying but  by god grace, Aditya never gave importance to such opinions, and he start doing his job. When he started no one supported him nor his friends and not his teachers for that reason he stopped working according to his elders and he created his way by experiencing and fighting with the odds.

Now after 5 years Aditya is not only doing blogging but he has also collaborated with some well-known brands such as Livpure and Indiablogger and also collaborated with some well-known artists, Entrepreneur, bloggers and currently he is working with more than 10 college and school students where they are doing some awesome and popular projects such as “IN THE HOT SEAT” and “THE PARANORMAL TALKS”.

For the recent project, his team is working with some famous Indian Paranormal Experts and collecting their stories and experiences which will reveal to what extent the famous television shows are real. Now Aditya is working on his one more startup ISOS Digital PR Agency where he will work with his clients to get fame and name in the digital world.

Chief Operating Officer of IN SEARCH OF SMILE

Rahul Sen is from Kolkata and he is serving as the Chief Operating Officer of IN SEARCH OF SMILE. He got into the digital world in search of fame and to showcase his writeups but sadly in his starting days in the digital world was not that good. He believes everyone makes mistakes and that’s the stage where everyone learns what is right and wrong.

Aditya met Rahul over Instagram and as both of them have the same mindset they became good friends and they did an internship together at a company. As Rahul was working with a digital startup he able to understand the digital world better this time. And Now the two friends are the main face behind “IN SEARCH OF SMILE” and according to Aditya his friend Rahul is the person who managed the startup very well when their startup was going through hard times.

Sakshi Saxena is a Btech graduate and now he is serving as a Chief Content Manager at “IN SEARCH OF SMILE” . She joined the startup as an intern in her final year of under graduation but now she is the main person who is Managing the Content department of “IN SEARCH OF SMILE”. She believes IN SEARCH OF SMILE is more like a family than a startup. Other than working at a startup she is also a writer and she feels that the internet is the only place where we can share our deepest pain and get emotional support from others. 

The “IN SEARCH OF SMILE” team is currently working on their new startup ISOS Digital PR Agency where they will help the hustlers to get that much fame that they deserve. But whatever “IN SEARCH OF SMILE” today is it just because of the internet that helped to connect the like-minded people.
