Dhronas: Solution for All Types of Government Competitive Exams in India

North Bengal is one of the most neglected region where education is a big challenge. There are very minimum number of colleges for the overgrowing students. After they manage somehow to pass, the next problem they face is their confusion about their career. Here,  Dhronas with its ace faculties has grown up as a solution for unemployed undergraduate, graduates and post-graduates. 

It provides guidance for all types of government competitive exams. 

The motto of the institute is to make beaureacrats, Bankers, Clerks, Teachers, etc. in a very reasonable fees. 

The rough terrains of Darjeeling and Sikkim where students suffer the most as life itself is very hard there, quite a few students are interested to study hard for cracking government jobs . The Dhronas made their preparations easy and affordable. With Nepali mode of communication, it reached out to the mass there. 

How did it start?

Initially, the four founders were the part of other institutes where they used to earn a handsome salary but all of a sudden, the board members misbehaved with them and betrayed them refusing them to pay in lieu of their work. They finally quitted the job and set up their own Start up with their savings. Meanwhile, they also received  frequent threats from other competitive brands but that didn\’t become obstaclesl for them. 

The founders initiated this project with \”no- profit\” but good quality service. Now it has become a brand in North Bengal with more than 1000 students.  

Success Story 

Last year, the institute gifted 38 police officers to West Bengal Police Service. This year, the number increased to 45. Apart from this, 10 bankers and 2 Indian Army cadets from this institute are into service. Hope the success list goes on.  

The Employment Exchange Department of Government of West Bengal and Staff Union of LICI collaborate with us to provide Free service to the aspirants. 

The NGOs and government aided organisations for Schedule tribes of North East collaborate with the institute for free education to the youths of their community.  

In special occasions, Free Food for children in the slums are distributed by the institute.
