Ans: Avatar Tripathi (founder) & Ayush Dubey (co-founder) are college friends. where Avatar handles the tech, strategies and working and Ayush handles the sales and marketing.
Well they have started working on this company from their 1st year of college. The idea was to unite all the shops on one platform and fullfil all their marketing needs i.e to provide them a platoform to stand out above various e-commerce sites.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Ans: due to various e-commerce sites city shopkeepers tend to suffer lack of customers and they dont even have a platform to stand out or to have an online presence and for that social bazaar is providing them an online platform as well as all their marketing needs. Also for the customers, one can easily visit his/her city shops through mobile with all the offers and commodities.
often people suffer to change shops for just one thing they are looking for and tend to visit 10-15 shops in a day and for that we’ve given them a platform to visit all at once.
Tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
Ans: scaling the business of city shopkeepers by providing them an online platform and providing digital marketing solutions for every business.
At first we changed a lot our functionality, tabs etc. to fit in very market aspects and letting it to be user friendly.
researched alot about how the market is working its whole process how can this solution be beneficial etc. and yeah researching everything was the key to fit in the market.
What is your USP? *

Ans: as it is the unique solution for the shopkeepers as well as the customers so we’ve got various USPs. There is no one providing this kind of solution for the city shops and other businesses.
What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learnings that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have atleast one of them signed up?
Ans: Talking about assumptions at first we thought everything would be easy but it was not! we’ve to teach every shopkeeper its uses and how to use this, how it will be beneficial etc.
we started from clothing so at first clothing shops were our ideal customers. We then began to analyse everything and start collecting data about every shops in the market.
What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it?
Ans: our biggest failure was to assume everything before executing on things and that led to waste yrs for starting out. we’ve learned a lot throughout the whole jouney and still learning new things every day like how market works implementing solutions etc.
How are you pricing the Product? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
Ans: At first we started everything out for free just to test the market and then we’ve different pricings for different types of business.
How did you get your first customer?
Ans: Getting our first customer was easy we’ve given them the solution for free at first and then charged only if it was working fir them.
Is there any interesting success story? If yes, please write about it. ?
Ans: I dont know if its interesting or not but yes we failed alot throughout this journey from pitching the investors to pitching the business, from collecting database to our website crack.
What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product leading to something bigger? If so, how?
Ans: We’re expanding it in every city covering states. Yes for sure its leading to something bigger we cannot reveal it now! But nothing works as for the plan we’re learning through this journey and keep on implementing things.
What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Ans: Every business wants to grow, their are people/business lacking marketing skills and people generating leads through marketing. Its all about how to present your business , we’re not only providing a plaform but also digital marketing solutions for businesses.

Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?
Ans: At present it is a unique idea of presenting things and scaling business so there is no competition yet.
What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
Ans: for the next six month we’re on to expanding our team and sales in more cities covering total state and so on.
What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs?
Ans: Well for the upcoming entrepreneurs I must suggest to keep on learning skills and have a proper mindset for their business.

Execution is the king. What I’ve learned throughout this journey is to keep on executing new things whether they will work or not but you’ll have a new skill/info/mindset on how you are going to do the upcoming tasks.
